Poodle Scanner is operated by Marco Polo Research Lab LLC.

Poodle Scanner provides tools for product page retrieval, scoring analysis, historical comparisons, saved crawl artifacts, rescoring, scheduling, notifications, and exports.

Users are responsible for confirming that their use of source websites, product identifiers, uploaded content, and retained crawl artifacts is permitted.

Operating Entity

Poodle Scanner is operated by Marco Polo Research Lab LLC. Marco Polo Research Lab LLC is responsible for Poodle Scanner, its website, its customer support, and its billing policies.

Website Refund and Cancellation Policy

Marco Polo Research Lab LLC provides an unconditional full refund for any completed Poodle Scanner checkout charge processed through the website when the customer requests it within 14 calendar days of the charge. This policy covers initial subscription purchases, subscription renewals, one-time top-up pack purchases, and all other one-time website purchases. The refund remains available after use of Poodle Scanner, and no reason is required.

To request a refund, email support@mprlab.com from the email address used for the Poodle Scanner account. Include enough transaction information to identify the charge. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.

To cancel a subscription, sign in to Poodle Scanner, open Settings, select Billing, and choose Open customer portal. Complete the cancellation in the customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If the customer portal is unavailable, email support@mprlab.com for assistance.

YouTube API Services

Poodle Scanner can connect to YouTube API Services when an authenticated user chooses YouTube import, scan, rescore, metadata fix, or deletion workflows. By using Poodle Scanner with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube API Services are also governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You are responsible for using YouTube accounts, videos, playlists, metadata, and API-access permissions only in ways you are authorized to use.
